About the Event
The Symphony of Steel enters its 5th round. As every year, the tournament will take place on the last weekend in February 2024 in Ulm! There will again be three tournament formats:
- Women’s longsword tournament (DDHF ranking tournament) with 20 places
- Men’s longsword tournament (DDHF ranking tournament) with 36 places
- Longsword tournament for beginners with 20 places
So reserve February 24, 2024 in your calendar.
Registration will open on 03.12.23 at 7 pm CET. The first-come-first-serve principle applies; as soon as all places for a tournament are taken, you will be placed in a queue. The participation fee is 49€. We ask all spectators to register as well, a corresponding free ticket is available. You can register via the Schwabenfedern event page.
As the individual tournaments overlap in time, each person can only take part in one tournament.
Would you like to participate in the Symphony of Steel as a judge, help otherwise, or do you have any other questions about the event? Then, send an email to symphony@schwabenfedern.de.

Directions
The sports center itself has relatively few parking spaces (upper parking lot at Egginger Weg and lower parking lot at ASB). Further parking spaces are available at the Kuhberg school center. Teacher parking spaces may also be used explicitly. If you arrive by public transport, you can take tram line 2 to the final stop “Kuhberg Schulzentrum“. Make sure that the bus loop at Kuhberg is kept clear of parked vehicles!
Sponsors
It is not possible to host the Symphony of Steel without our generous sponsors who volunteer to help us financially to make things happen. Many thanks for the great support! We are particularly pleased that SIGI Forge will once again be exhibiting at the Symphony of Steel.
